The Administration Support Officer provides adaptable and responsive administrative support across various school teams, including but not limited to enrolments, student services, library services, and the front office teams. This role involves facilitating daily operations, coordinating administrative processes, assisting with student-related matters, preparing detailed correspondence and reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in various ICT systems is essential for managing student data effectively. Additionally, the Administration Support Officer upholds a safe and well-organized work environment while handling confidential and sensitive information in compliance with relevant legislative and policy requirements, under general supervision. First Aid Certificate Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, web-based learning platforms and applications.
