The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role supporting the Queensland and New Zealand client groups. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR support while contributing to global initiatives.
Duties Include:
* Coach and Guide: Provide sound advice to leaders on performance, conduct, and employment matters.
* Employee Relations: Manage casework, including performance issues, conduct matters, and policy queries.
* Strategic HR: Support cyclical processes like salary reviews, promotions, and workforce planning.
* Global Collaboration: Liaise on international mobility and align with global Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Reward, and EDI).
* Stakeholder Support: Offer tailored guidance to leaders across your stakeholder groups in QLD and NZ.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing HR processes and creating tools/templates to support effective case management.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Expertise in Employee Relations: Solid experience handling complex cases and interpreting employment legislation.
* HR Generalist Knowledge: Familiarity with policies, industrial relations, and Modern Awards.
* Adaptability & Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with peaks and troughs in workload.
* Strong Communication Skills: Build trust quickly and provide clear, concise advice to leaders at all levels.
* Tech-Savviness: Experience with Oracle and Excel is advantageous.
