This Full Time role can be based in any regional centre in WA, QLD, SA or VIC (Perth would be preferred). Regular travel across Australia would be required. A 5 days on, 2 days off roster would be likely with flexibility in line with business requirements.Reporting into the Head of Food Products & Performance, the focus of the role will be across the key areas of:Working closely with Head of Food Products & Performance, ISS Pacific, OP (Operations Performance) food team and our Energy and Resources Leadership team to ensure customer expectations are met and projects are successfully implemented.Lead the delivery of a fully realised menu development program and manage the data and system integrity that supports that through recipe and cost build.Developing world class food & services capabilities and use these as a differentiator in the Australian Energy & Resources marketplaceSupporting National Key Accounts and directly support contracts across Australia to ensure customer satisfaction by deploying best practices, group and country standards and concepts.To support achieving these goals, the successful candidate will draw upon Local, Regional and Global Food Services teams as well as our Commercial and Sector based Food Excellence Leads together with our Operational Key Account Managers.Key Responsibilities:Leverage food & retail concepts approved by Regional Food Excellence and play a direct role in the implementation of these concepts.Develop costed menus with relevant allergy and nutrition and report on production and standardization.Collaborate in developing local retail concepts to meet the needs of the ISS Pacific’s targeted segments, if necessaryDevelop and implement marketing collateral to support concepts, promotions and all forms of consumer engagementSupport the Commercial team as required with segmented solutions, proposal generation and sales presentationsProvide direct support to Key Account Managers and site teams with the implementation of existing and new concepts.Participate as required in periodical QRM and ad hoc client meetings and reportsSupport contracts/sites with the mobilisation of new start ups and refurbishmentsConduct site reviews to ensure consistent concept implementation and best practices are in place.Work with Procurement to develop a food procurement strategy, ensuring supply chain supports new concepts.Engage consumers and clients to understand their expectations and behaviors and to re-engineer solutions to meet their needsSupport roll out of Touchpoints@ISS for Food Services accounts.Lead by example in always driving a safety-first culture, including Food Safety and engaging directly with operations as requiredDevelop performance-based reports to support catering contracts and BUs, and manage the communication of these reportsWhat we can offer:Attractive salary packageAccess to staff discountsOpportunities to develop your career within our global organisationYou will form and develop an enormously successful team who outperform year on yearQualifications and Skills required:Food service management experience – Executive Chef in large Facility Management OrganisationIndustry leading knowledge of food trends and innovative concepts, both in and about to enter the marketplace – in particular understanding dietetics, food services and processes in the Energy and Resources sector.Demonstrated experience in costing, menu development and systems that support food services.Service and customer oriented.Experience within global matrix organization.Project Management and Change Management experienceSelf motivated, structured, systematic and collaborativeStrong collaboration and communication skills will be essential, given the role will work with diverse stakeholders and clients.Note: Due to the geographic footprint of food services consistent travel across Australia will be required.
