The Position Reporting to the local CEO and Global CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies, optimizing business performance, and ensuring compliance with local and group governance. Your key achievements will include: Lead all financial aspects of strategic planning, providing insightful analysis to optimize cost efficiency, maximize operational profitability, and drive informed business decisions. Oversee treasury and cash flow management, ensuring financial stability while developing strong relationships with financial institutions. Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (Corporation Tax, VAT, Customs) and align financial practices with IFRS & Group policies. Manage external audits, regulatory reporting, and financial governance to uphold international accounting standards. Take full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and planning, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global standards. Foster strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to support financial operations and risk management. Implement robust internal financial controls, oversee statutory and management reporting, and drive accurate forecasting for sustainable growth. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration with HQ to align financial strategies and business objectives. The Candidate • You are CA/CPA qualified with experience in international reporting standards.• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen.• Ability to influence individuals across all organisational levels.• You are a natural leader with a high degree of integrity.• Have the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with the leadership team both locally and globally.• Ability to make tough decisions and lead robust discussions.• Previous experience with the integration of acquired businesses.• Proficiency in tax laws, IFRS, and financial reporting.
