Our Group's over 3000 team members consistently strive to make a difference in the communities we serve.About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with business proficiency in Mandarin to support our Deputy Managing Director (DMD) in ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective daily operations. In this high-profile role, you'll be a valued support, trusted confidant, and integral assistant to the DMD and shareholder network. You'll play a pivotal role in translating business documents from English to Mandarin and vice-versa, hence the need to be proficient in both languages. Due to the nature of the role and the stakeholders you'll support, there will be a requirement to work from the office in Melbourne full time, with some flexibility to work remotely when required.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide key administrative and organisational support to the DMD and shareholders, managing complex schedules and competing demands.Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin, ensuring seamless coordination and understanding across the organisation.Collaborate with the Executive Assistant Team and Administrator's Network, exemplifying a high standard of professionalism, engagement, and resilience.Collaborate on travel bookings, diary management, coordinating executive papers, handling invoicing, and supporting various tasks assigned within the Managing Director's Office (MDO).Proactively identify, address, and manage challenges, enabling the DMD to operate at peak efficiency.Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Lead and embrace new ways of working to improve operations and support broader organisational initiatives.About You You're a skilled Executive Assistant who thrives in a complex matrix environment and brings:Experience in a senior EA role within a progressive, commercially oriented organisation.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) for effective communication with stakeholders.
