2. Ability to manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
3. Strong Customer Service and communication skills
4. Experience within a similar role essential
5. Previous experience and knowledge of medical terminology an advantage
6. Clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication skills
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Good computer skills
9. Ability to work as part of a team
About you
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
10. Answering in-bound telephone calls and transferring of calls across the business
11. Ability to make outbound telephone calls
12. Communicate test results to our Doctor's, Medical Support Staff and Warfarin Patients
13. Previous experience an advantage however not essential
