Quality and Compliance Business PartnerBusiness ServicesPermanent Full TimeStream A Level 5 - $89,809 per annum + SuperannuationHervey BayAt Fraser Coast Regional Council our people are our most important asset and central to achieving our purpose of Building Better Communities Together.What We Are Looking ForWe're seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Business Partner to manage and improve our Integrated Quality Management System, oversee ISO certifications, lead audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.If you're passionate about continuous improvement and driving quality standards, apply now to be part of our dedicated team!What Your Day Will Look LikeConducting internal audits or assessments to ensure processes meet ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards.Identifying, investigating and implementing projects to improve the Integrated Quality Management System.Analysing audit results, identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective action plans.Implementation of strategies to effectively engage employees with the requirements, outcomes and benefits of the Integrated Quality Management System, and deliver training as required.Develop monthly Quality Report and annual Management Review Report.Present the Annual Management Review Report including details of internal and external audits to the relevant stakeholders.What You’ll Need For SuccessDegree (AQF level 7 or above) or equivalent experience in Quality Management/Auditing or a related discipline; and relevant to the role’s responsibilities and key performance areas.Current Class C Queensland Driver's Licence.General Construction Induction Card (White card) or equivalent or willingness to obtain within 3 months of appointment.Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential.What’s Nice To HaveDiploma (AQF level 5) or above auditor qualifications in Quality Management.Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22000.Previous Local Government experience and/or water industry experience.Benefits Of Working With CouncilCommitted to providing quality services to our community, we strongly support an inclusive and values driven culture, recognising your individual skills, knowledge and talent.
