You will play a key role in the implementation of a significant transformation to drive balance sheet efficiency, improve risk management, and enable bottom line growth across our businesses.In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a successful delivery of a Capital and Group Financial Planning and Analysis transformation project. You will interpret and clearly document business and data requirements to enhance how finance performs forecasting and stress testing in order to meet our strategic vision and meet regulatory obligations. In addition, act as a liaison between business users and the technology delivery teams in delivering business and data requirements and process maps.What You Offer5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in either treasury and/or financial and reporting projects, producing both functional and non-functional business requirements documentation Experience in data definition, data lineage and analysis of data quality measurement aspects Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (such as Visio, Signavio and BPMN v2.0), and process improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma) Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and facilitate stakeholders and subject experts to articulate requirements and use cases.
