Join to apply for the Sales and Service Admin Assistant role at MANITOU Group.Be among the first 25 applicants.General Accountability:Responsible for the duties relating to the efficient and effective operations of the Sales Administration department and general administration duties for Manitou Australia (MAU) in line with legal and Manitou Group standards.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Logistics - Coordinate international and domestic freight, liaising with transport companies for quotes and bookings.Stock Orders/Control - Accurate data entry into the Manitou ERP, processing orders, invoices, and shipping documents for dealers and Key Accounts. Raising appropriate Purchase orders and completing related forms for the sale or transfer of machines.Administration - Maintain data integrity for stock and dealer order reporting. Filing, archiving, report preparation (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), order office supplies, and other administrative duties as required. Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, and third parties to streamline operations.Experience:3+ years experience in office administration, preferably in a capital equipment/service industry.Strong Google Suite skills, ERP experience a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.Ability to adapt, multitask, and work collaboratively within a team.Internal and External Connections:Internal: Sales, Marketing & Communications, Customer Service, Service & Solutions, Finance, Manitou Centre Sydney.External: Dealers, Freight/Transport companies, Storage Suppliers.Location and Travel Requirements:10 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW.
