The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a talented and imaginative Cook to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Preparing ingredients, following set recipes and applying appropriate cooking techniques.
* Baking, grilling, steaming, or boiling fish, meat, vegetables, and other foods.
* Presenting and garnishing dishes.
* Measuring and weighing ingredients.
* Setting up workstation and operating kitchen equipment.
Skills:
* 3 years of professional experience as a Cook.
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Must be creative.
Remuneration: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation.

This is a full-time position in Busselton. Therefore, suitable candidates are expected to live in the Southwest of WA region.
