This is an on-site role for a Chef located in NewCastle, NSW. The Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing stock, managing produce prep, and maintaining all equipment whilst providing exceptional food quality and safety, and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.
Qualifications:
* Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge and expertise
* Sales skills to drive incremental sales and revenue growth
* Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the café or restaurant industry is preferred
