The Role:
Working within this small and committed team you will become an integral part to the overall success. Working part time in this administrative role you will be responsible for sales processing, purchasing, tracking and reporting and therefor you must be highly organised, self-motivated and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
**This role will be offered on a permanent part time basis: 3 days per week (ideally Wed - Fri)**
The Duties:
* Process customer orders and invoices
* Raise purchase orders on local and overseas suppliers
* Oversee and communicate stock movements
* Add, maintain and update customer records in CRM
* Provide sales support to on-road representatives
* Assist with planning and running exhibitions and training programs
* Manage local and international freight pricing and performance
The Requirements:
To be successful for this role it is essential you posses
* Strong proven experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Exceptional problem-solving skills couple with a strong sense of initiative
* Proven experience with an ERP system
