Office Assistance / Admin Role
We are searching for someone who can perform or be trained in the following:
1. Organizing of Receipts / Files / Filing
2. Site Visits regarding Work & Trade Progressions + Client Liaising
3. Email & Call Noting, Follow Ups, Assistive Response
4. Assistive Office Organization, PA Duties
5. Reading Plans, Take-Offs & providing/requesting Work or Purchase Orders
This role is generally focused on office administration with a touch of PA duties included. A willingness to grow and learn the roles listed above is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $36.99 per hour
Expected Hours: 15 – 20 per week
