As our OSHC Director, you will play a key role in leading our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service, managing a team to provide high-quality care and programs for up to 80 children. You will oversee day-to-day operations, design engaging and educational programs, and mentor a dedicated team of staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the OSHC service, ensuring efficient operations and a nurturing, educational environment.Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality programs aligned with the School Age Care Framework.Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards, WHS, and other regulatory requirements.Manage administrative duties, including budgeting, staff rosters, and record-keeping. About You: A passion for children's development and a strong understanding of OSHC services.Proven leadership experience in an OSHC or Vacation Care setting, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.Experience in program planning, development, and implementation, particularly for children with diverse needs.Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, children, parents, and external partners.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Commitment to the ethos and values of our Catholic school community. Specific Requirements: Approved qualification for working with children over preschool age in South Australia (as listed on the ACECQA website).A recognised qualification in management or administration (desirable).First Aid Certificate (relevant to the role).Current Working with Children Clearance.Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect – Education and Care certificate.
