Job Title: Works Supervisor – Line Marking
Location: Department of Transport and Planning

About the Role:
This is a Fixed Full Time Position until 31 December 2025.
You will lead a crew of road workers delivering bituminous spray sealing, line marking and road maintenance activities.
You will supervise the use of a range of different equipment in line with approved processes and in accordance with established safety, environmental and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop delivery strategy and establish required contracts
* Monitor finances and associated business processes
* Contribute to cost effective, timely and quality delivery of services
* Exercise professional judgement in application of policies and procedures
* Apply well developed leadership skills to directly manage and motivate field personnel
Personal Attributes:
The candidate will be adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities with ease.
They will demonstrate self-awareness by understanding the impact of their emotional responses in the workplace.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Current Victorian Drivers licence
* Current Medium Rigid truck licence
* Civil Construction Safety Induction Card
* Traffic Management Ticket
* 1st Aid certificate and HR licence
* Construction Induction White Card
* Working knowledge of computer tablets / mobile devices
* Certificate III in Civil Construction
* Understanding of Asset Maintenance Management Systems
