Position Overview: This role requires an open and honest approach to achieving the Company's targets while consistently adhering to our Policies and Procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Receive machine orders from equipment demanders (XCMG Australia distributors and the direct sales team), review product configurations and pricing, and communicate procurement requirements to XCMG China to compile a detailed list of machine orders.Follow up on the manufacturing and shipping progress with the XCMG China team, relaying relevant updates to equipment demanders.Receive shipping documents from XCMG China colleagues, record and forward them to the Australian customs clearance company, maintain communication with the customs team, and track logistics progress within Australia.Register imported equipment consignments with the PPSR and cancel registrations upon sale when items need to be removed.Prepare customs clearance and logistics cost budgets, receive invoices from customs and logistics companies, initiate payment approval processes, and control machine importation costs.Collect information on collision damage during sea transportation, compile necessary details for the insurance company, and file claims as needed.Manage inventory and update the location of Australian consignment equipment, arrange logistics between different warehouses, and oversee logistics management within Australia.Identify and resolve problems effectively. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in import and logistics.Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.Proficient in Excel.Strong communication and adaptability skills, capable of coordinating with different departments to support business growth.Commitment to integrity and honesty in all dealings, ensuring the best outcomes for the company.Ability to conduct business with a focus on performance, following the company's strategic goals and decisions.
