We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team for the 2025/2026 casual intake and make a positive impact on the lives of older, frail, or disabled clients in the community. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including showering, grooming, and toileting. Provide domestic support, including household duties such as cleaning and laundry. Offer social support by helping with shopping, banking, and medication collection. Support clients with mobility, lifting, and using mechanical aids. Assist with self-administered medication, routine treatments, and special needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring clients’ well-being and dignity. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care. Our three main sites are at Minlaton, Wallaroo and Maitland, however services are provided across Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. What We’re Looking For: Please note that this position is multi-classed as either a WHA3 or WHA4 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience. Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position (WHA4). A strong ability to work within a team and engage effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people. A caring, client-focused approach that promotes independence. Proven ability to meet deadlines and adhere to care plans. Experience working with aged, frail, or disabled clients (WHA4). Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs.
