As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. As the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth payroll operations, liaising with internal teams, and supervising the Payroll Assistant. Your day-to-day: Manage the full payroll cycle on a weekly and monthly basis Act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on payroll matters Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with company policies, tax regulations, and relevant legislation Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly Who you are: Proven experience in a senior payroll role Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practices Experience with Employment Hero (or similar payroll software) is highly preferred If this sounds like the role for you, click APPLY NOW and submit your application
