In this critical role, you will develop and deliver the MRO procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with GrainCorp's broader business goals. You will be responsible for driving sustainable sourcing initiatives, optimizing procurement processes, and managing supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements. Key responsibilities include:Leading MRO category strategies aligned with business needs and sustainability goalsManaging procurement for Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations, leveraging best practices and process improvementsCollaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support business requirements and ensure successful project outcomesImplementing responsible sourcing strategies that meet environmental and ethical standardsManaging supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance to drive continuous improvement and cost reductionsAbout your experienceCandidates will have prior experience in a Category Manager role, ideally with a Maintenance and Operations focused portfolio.
