This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in a sought-after Mining Security Role.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsMust be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol screenProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building and camp patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risksIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :Minimum of 2 years in a similar roleMust have full working rights and availabilityWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights / Days / Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsMust have a Northern Territory Security LicenceMust have a full and valid Australian Driver’s Licence (C)Must have an RSADemonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
