At Busy Bees child care in Shepparton, you’ll find a warm and nurturing learning environment. This 83-place service has inspiring learning opportunities for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our purpose-built facilities are filled with educational play space and Educators who are dedicated to encouraging your children to grow.
We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators (Diploma qualified) dedicated to fostering young children's growth. You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Essential Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care* (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognised by ACECQA).
* A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
* First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
* Current and valid Australian Work Rights.
* *Candidates actively working towards their Diploma of Early Childhood Education will also be considered for these roles.
Desirable Skills, Attributes, and Experience
* Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework required.
* Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.
* Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.
* Ability to understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.
* Communication skills that allow you to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to work within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting.
