THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:
* Optimizing warehouse operations to achieve high safety standards and performance targets
* Ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment to meet daily DIFOT goals
* Streamlining inbound logistics to maintain inventory accuracy and support production needs
* Synchronizing warehouse activities with production to maximize operational efficiency
* Reducing operating costs while meeting workload forecasts through effective resource planning
* Cultivating a collaborative team environment to achieve overall company objectives
* Enhancing workplace safety and product quality through rigorous OH&S and GMP adherence
* Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational effectiveness
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a results-driven and process-oriented individual with:
* Proven experience in a similar role within FMCG, ideally in the beverage/liquid or dairy industry
* Demonstrated success in managing high-volume, fast-paced warehouse operations
* Strong track record in implementing safety-first practices and operational excellence
* Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented, innovative environment
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team

Salary is up to $130,000 + Superannuation for this role.
