Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional welcoming experiences for guests, customers, and visitors.
* Handle internal and external calls and correspondence efficiently.
* Serve as a specialist for customer and guest inquiries.
* Coordinate events, orientations, and conference centre IT setup.
* Assist with food and beverage coordination.
Requirements:
* Full-time Monday to Friday role.
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service delivery is essential.
* 'Can-do' attitude and willingness to learn are key qualities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel are required.
