The Role
Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector, this is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills. This vacancy is to cover a period of maternity leave.
In this diverse role you will be part of a team responsible for helping the Brand Manager by:
1. Assisting in the development, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns and activities
2. Monitoring, reporting and analysis of marketing channel performance
3. Briefing, liaising and coordinating with external agencies and metro counterparts
4. Website and content management in conjunction with the wider marketing team
5. Coordination and delivery of marketing materials to launch display homes and support New Homes Consultants
6. Copy writing in our brand tone for eDM’s and website content/landing pages
7. Coordination of customer contact strategies across email and SMS
8. Managing invoicing and assisting with the management of the annual marketing budget
9. Assisting with coordination of events, attendance required where applicable (approximately once per every 1-2 months)
About You
You’re a passionate and experienced marketing professional, wanting to build a career within the business and are willing to go over and above to achieve this. You will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes:
1. 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication preferred
3. Interest or experience in construction, real estate or digital agency
4. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing software
5. Experience in social media management
6. Strong understanding of digital and social media channels
7. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
8. Keen attention to detail with strong copywriting and proofreading skills
9. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
10. Proactive approach with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
