About the Opportunity: Key liaison between business and technical teams to design and implement application solutions, optimize processes, and document requirements. Act as a key liaison between business teams and the technical team to design, build, and implement application solutions, changes, and fixes. Analyse, identify, and document detailed functional and technical requirements for key stakeholder approval. Provide thought leadership to identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to or lead the design of solutions. Ensure application solutions and processes are well-defined, aligned with functional best practices, and thoroughly documented. Guide and support development, system integration, and business testing to meet project outcomes and stakeholder expectations. Lead knowledge transfer, training, and documentation for seamless service transition to the Application Support Team. Support and resolve escalated P1 & P2 incidents/problems to ensure smooth operations About You: Demonstrated relevant experience in retail / customer experience environment Proven ability to understand and assess business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements Strong analytical skills for evaluating business challenges and developing effective solutions Skilled in prioritizing and managing expectations of business stakeholders Experience working with Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 would be advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align key stakeholders Our Awesome Perks Our people are everything to us, and we’re big believers in making our workplace fun and energising.
