* Ongoing full-time position
* PoV 5 - $106,534 to $128,897 per annum
The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2025 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 5 will be $109,730 to $132,764.
How you will make a difference
Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, you will provide high-quality people-related leadership, coaching, and support to senior leaders, managers and team members. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our services with organisational objectives at both strategic and operational levels.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build strong partnerships with people leaders to develop and implement people-focused solutions across the employee life cycle.
* Provide expert coaching and advice on a range of P&C matters, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment, retention, and performance management.
* Support leaders in navigating organisational change by identifying people impacts and facilitating the successful implementation of change initiatives.
* Offer case management support and expert employee relations advice.
* Assist in the planning and implementation of P&C activities and policies to enhance organisational effectiveness.
* Contribute to a high-performing P&C team, driving continuous improvement and modern HR practices.
* Champion innovation and lead HR initiatives that anticipate future workforce needs and drive positive change.
