We require an Assistant Property Manager to assist and support our Portfolio Manager (POD).

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be engaged in a broad range of POD support of the day-to-day management of properties by:
1. Managing rent arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals
2. Coordinating routine inspections
3. Communicating with landlords regarding repairs and maintenance
4. Managing a challenging and interesting rental market
5. General assistance to the portfolio manager
Required skills/attributes:
1. At least 2 years’ previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role
2. A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct proficient and professional correspondence to landlords and tenants
4. Work autonomously while being part of a large team of 20+
5. You will be team-focused, reliable, able to work in a busy environment, and have the ability to deliver outcomes within tight time constraints and with minimal supervision
6. Experience in Property Tree or a similar program is highly desired
Please note this is a Monday to Friday office-based role .
There is no Saturday work, and our on-site building managers look after the leasing function. You must be able to work full-time hours in our Southport, Gold Coast location.
Due to the nature of this role, only candidates with full working rights for Australia will be considered. You will need to consent to a Police Check in order to be eligible for this role.
