You will leverage your prior leadership experience, extensive sales track record, and your sound understanding of the Corporate and Talent Acquisition landscapes to retain and grow SEEK’s position as the market leader.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the retention and growth of the NSW/ACT Corporate segment across all of SEEK's product and services.Overall accountability for achieving and exceeding quarterly targets, mitigating revenue risks, and diversifying hirer product adoption.Develop an operating rhythm including WIPs, training & development sessions, planning & offsites to facilitate learning & growth.Ensure full compliance to the Corporate operating rhythm including activity levels, CRM adoption, account planning, portfolio reviews, and mandatory reporting & training requirements.Lead, coach, develop and grow all team members (establishing talent pipe).Develop, influence and partner with executive/senior decision makers across TA & HR as well as industry influencers and external strategic partners (in consultation with your sales team).Research, collate, analyse, and present Voice of Customer (VOC) to key internal stakeholders – to inform and influence product/service prioritisation.Collaborate and partner with a broad range of internal stakeholders to drive outcomes for the team, customers, and SEEK.QualificationsSeveral years prior experience in leading, coaching & developing a high performing field sales team is an essential prerequisite for this role.Proven track record of success in strategic business development, in a competitive and professional environment, using a needs/insight/solutions-based approach to sales.Solid track record in the Human Capital Management / Talent Management Industry in the Corporate Sector.Strong track record of achieving team sales targets, driving high engagement and mitigating risks.Credibility and gravitas to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills within and outside the organisation.Sound commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Additional InformationAt SEEK we offer:Annual Performance Bonus Plan.Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.Paid and unpaid leave benefits including Personal Flexi Days and Volunteer Days, as well as the opportunity to purchase additional leave.Support for parents with 14 weeks paid primary carer's leave and 2 weeks paid leave for partners.At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
