Join us as a Director at C&K Kelvin Grove and lead a team of passionate people in delivering quality education to children aged 0-5. You'll play an integral role in centre operations and management, building strong relationships with families and the community.
About the Role
This fixed-term full-time leadership position covers maternity leave from February 2025 to September 2025. You'll be supported by a handover period with the current Director to ensure a smooth transition.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs in a play-based learning environment.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, the community, and other stakeholders.
* Contribute to the overall operations and management of the centre, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for children and staff.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent, or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
* First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (or willing to obtain these).
* A collaborative mindset and passion for achieving long-lasting outcomes for children, their families, and the community.
