The scope of duties for this role will encompass all aspects of front office / clinic reception operations including:point of salephone callsbookings managementclient engagement general administrative service co-ordination for our satellite sites at Humpty Doo, Casuarina and Cairns Selection criteria for this position will include:previous administrative experience, preferably within the Healthcare industrygreat customer service skillsgreat phone skillsstrong attention to detailEFTPOS and cash handling skillsproblem solving skillsability to work autonomously and as part of a team This part-time permanent position is offered at 20-30 hours per week, to be worked across clinic opening times 8am-6:30pm Monday-Friday and 8-1pm Saturday, and available for immediate start.
