The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our company, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to listen, understand, and address their needs while providing exceptional service and support. Whether it's answering enquiries, resolving complaints, or offering product information, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building brand loyalty.
Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via various channels in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
4. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
5. Identify opportunities to promote additional products/services to enhance the customer's experience and meet sales targets.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to address customer needs effectively.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
8. Strong customer service experience, 2+ years' experience in a similar role
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills.
11. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
12. Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
13. Experience with using CRM & ERP systems.
14. Solid multi-tasking skills
15. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
