About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all required hospital maintenance duties and ensuring services comply with legislative standards and corporate policy guidelines.Working with a collaborative and supportive team, you will report to and perform duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager. This includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues and coordinating with external contractors to support the overall operational needs of our facilities. You will also have:Relevant experience in facility maintenance service deliveryRelevant Trades qualification, (Electrical/mechanical preferred)A willingness to work across trades areas within skill levelsProven experience in external contractor managementUnderstanding of OH&S policies and proceduresSound level of computer literacy skillsAbility to work unsupervised and prioritise tasks effectivelyExperience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principlesCurrent unrestricted driver's licenseDesirable:Relevant Trades qualification, (Electrical/mechanical preferred)Experience in previous hospital maintenance role What's in it for you?
