The Role:
* Gain a nationally recognised qualification in electrical work and develop skills in adhering to local and national electrical codes & regulations.
* Learn how to ensure that electrical work meets safety and code requirements, including using testing equipment to check voltage, current, and continuity.
* Develop expertise in measuring, cutting, bending, and installing conduit, as well as pulling and securing electrical wiring within the conduit.
* Master the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure a safe workspace.
* Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and circuit breaker panels.
About You:
* Commit to completing your study while balancing work and demonstrating excellent time management, attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills.
* Be willing to work hard, complete tasks efficiently, and possess a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
* Hold a White Card or be willing to obtain one.
