The UX Designer will play an instrumental role in defining and improving the user experience of our internal systems and external client-facing platforms.
Collaborating closely with software developers, data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts, the UX Designer will ensure that our digital solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities include: User Research Ideation and Concept Development Prototyping and Wireframing User Testing Interaction Design Visual Design Collaboration Accessibility and Inclusion Feedback Integration Design Documentation Performance Monitoring Professional Development Stakeholder Communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and design process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
