We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Community and Partnerships Manager to lead and enhance our marketing initiatives at DuluxGroup for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about telling powerful brand stories.
As the Community and Partnerships Manager, you will manage our in-house content team, media team, and partnerships and community management efforts to create impactful campaigns that resonate with local communities. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's presence by supporting initiatives like donating paint to grassroots organizations and working closely with key partners such as the North Melbourne Football Club and supporting Surf Life Saving Australia Clubs nationally.
Key Responsibilities include leading and inspiring the in-house content and media teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and loyalty through creative, community-driven projects, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with key community partners. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, including exposure to social responsibility initiatives, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and navigate challenges effectively.
