An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of Signature CareCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRADemonstrated aged care experience preferredThe ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in aged careUnderstanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvementExperience in assessments and developing care plansAssess, plan and implement client care within your scopeConsider physical, social and psychological requirementsCreate and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residentsAn understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsAn understanding of Aged Care Funding InstrumentDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated well developed computer and documentation skillsExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsConfidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.Job offers will be subject to a National Police Check.
