Role Overview
In this role, you will be looking after all facets of Learning and Development (L&D). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* The Learning and Development Manager leads national L&D efforts, designing and managing programs to build workforce skills and support employee growth.
* They work with leaders to identify training needs, oversee training delivery, and ensure compliance.
* This role also involves maintaining the learning management system (ELMO) and keeping training records accurate.
* Key duties include developing an L&D strategy, designing training programs, managing onboarding, and ensuring mandatory training is completed.
* The L&D Manager supports leadership teams, partners with managers to address skills gaps, and monitors training effectiveness.
* They ensure all initiatives align with safety standards and the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have held a similar position within L&D or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry. You will have demonstrated knowledge of HR operations, legislation, and best practices.
This role is paying $140,000 + super.
