This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.In this role, you'll:Join Sydney Metro as the Senior Manager Project Controls where you will manage and provide oversight of project controls and reporting systems, including financial, scheduling, quality assurance systems and document management systems required for the efficient and effective monitoring and management of the project.You will prepare and develop project strategies and set the standards for consistent processes and procedures relating to estimating, cost, schedule, risk management and reporting against predefined scope deliverables for the project.You enjoy collaborating and engaging with stakeholders and staff to develop progress KPIs that are tracked and monitored, as well as prepare regular reports detailing project progress against plan, highlighting critical issues and monthly forecasts for project costs to complete against budgets and committed costs and cross-checking and validating data for anomalies, irregularities or inconsistencies.This is a temporary opportunity until the 30/01/2026, where you will be heavily focused on risk and change management and lead the implementation and application of TfNSW endorsed standards and practices to plan, monitor, and control project scope, costs, schedule and risks for the project.About you• Extensive expertise in project controls for large-scale infrastructure projects with complex interdependencies and constraints.• A proven ability to develop and effectively implement project control plans, processes, and procedures aligned with organization-wide standards.• Experience establishing continuous improvement processes to embed best practices and innovation in project controls.• Extensive experience in Cost / Forecast and Risk Management.• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.Who we areTransport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
