We are looking for a passionate Chef Manager that takes pride in their work to join us for this exciting opportunity: 8/6 Roster Previous Chef Manager experience is required Small 40-50 Person camp FIFO experience is necessary The Role Maintain effective client and business relationships Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staff Buffet style bulk cooking - Dinner service Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards Chef Qualifications / Cert III in Commercial Cookery Experience within bulk catering environments Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Experience in menu writing, rostering and cost control Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines Current valid Driver's License Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one) Your application will include the following questions: Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?
