**Role Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team and make a positive impact on mental health care in the Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) region.
This is a part-time or full-time contract position based in Bundaberg, with no shift work or after-hours duties.
About the Role
The successful applicant will collaborate with the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager to provide essential services throughout the CCQ region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
* Delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions
* Managing a clinical caseload and conducting risk assessment with management plans
* Engaging in data collection and contributing to monitoring and evaluation
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current annual practicing certificate from AHPRA or registration with AASW
* Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, mental health nursing, or a relevant discipline
* Experience with complex mental health and working in cross-cultural settings
* Ability to work in a team within a diverse environment
