Job Description:
As a Carpenter, you will play a key role in executing high-quality woodwork and carpentry tasks on-site for a variety of renovation projects. This role requires a solid background in carpentry, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing cabinetry, trim work, and custom woodwork.
Assist with site preparation, layout, and measurements to ensure accurate installation.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
Career Pathway to Project Management:
We are committed to developing talent from within. As you gain experience and expand your skills, you will have the opportunity to move into positions such as Site Supervisor and eventually Project Manager. In these roles, you’ll manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful completion of renovations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter (experience in renovations, framing, cabinetry, or woodwork is ideal).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical fitness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
