About the Role
The Learning and Development Team drives modern learning strategies, frameworks, policies, and programs to enhance CFA's capability. The Core Learning Team delivers operational training across the Region and supports State-wide learning initiatives.
The Lead Regional Learning and Development (LRLD) collaborates with the Manager of Learning and Development to shape the regional learning strategy, ensuring CFA members are skilled to manage emergencies per Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.
Your Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in training, education, and/or leadership are highly desirable.
* Proven leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders and develop and maintain effective relationships.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, knowledge management, research, and outcome and evidence-based program design combined with the ability to effectively manage financial resources.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
