Undertake a range of administrative activities to support the brand, marketing and communications team. Planning, preparation and implementation of and external communication pieces. Assisting in processing of invoicing and reviewing marketing related costs associated with corporate credit card activity (member gifts and merchandise etc) Assist in coordination of meetings, agenda and room bookings Organise quotes for collateral and print-related marketing Assist with the production of marketing materials and collaterals for multiple brands including printing and distribution to relevant stakeholders. Assist the Social Media Specialist with the community management of THF social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Support logistics of events from collateral organisation to conference and event set-up. Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs. What do you need? /What are we looking for? 1 – 2 years' experience in a marketing/communications role Tertiary education with a focus in marketing Familiarity and passion to support social media activity Dedicated, open, positive and curious mindset ready to learn and hit the ground Minimum of basic copy writing experience How do I apply?
