The Role
An opportunity has become available for two Procurement Specialist and Contracts Managers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
1. Provide procurement advice and contract support in accordance with policies and procedures
2. Support the team in developing best practice procurement plans, sourcing approaches and tendering documentation
3. Lead low-medium value end to end sourcing initiatives.
4. Manage requests for novations and simple contract variations.
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
5. While not mandatory, substantial relevant experience is well regarded
6. Analytical skills and experience in spend analytics and/or project delivery is highly desirable
7. Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
8. Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

17. Permanent full time (two positions)
18. Base salary ranging from $102 492 - $111 516 per annum
