ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re are searching for an energetic, super-organised go-getter to step into the role of Executive Assistant to Scott Druce, our new General Manager at TYPO! This is your chance to be the right-hand person to a top leader, driving success, keeping things running smoothly, and making a real impact on our business.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be a crucial liaison, connecting different parts of our organisation and ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency within our team of global change-makers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management skills tailored for the demands of Senior Executives.
2. Outstanding interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks.
4. Proven ability to manage Executive calendars, including personal commitments, and adeptly handle complex and strategic mailbox management.
5. Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence.
6. Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries, aligned with the unique needs of C-suite Executives.
7. Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes, controls, and expense management, in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level.
