THE OPPORTUNITY As Marketing Manager in Vision Care to lead strategic business growth-driving initiatives with a focus on professional and patient critical success factors. The successful candidate will leverage clinical competency and technical depth to lead Johnson & Johnson Vision Equity amongst eye care professionals and consumers, building productive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to drive profitable growth. RESPONSIBILITIES - Create comprehensive Marketing strategies with a focus on developing professional advertising promotional plans and programs - Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives - Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and decision makers - Develop and execute clinically-driven messaging across various channels - Drive business imperatives through cross-functional collaboration and events - Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards Qualifications ABOUT YOU - Experience in Optometry, Orthoptics, Vision Science, Health Sciences, Marketing, preferred - The ability to effectively manage projects and events, from inception to post event follow up. - An extremely strong attention to detail - Sound organisational and time management skills, with good task prioritization. - Problem solving skills and the desire to 'own and resolve' issues. - Excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the desire to collaborate cross-functionally - High level of professionalism and commitment to the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
