Responsibilities: Oversee client engagement, including relationship management, tax advisory, and compliance, while contributing to areas such as international tax, M&A, and IPO transactions, Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth, Participate in business development initiatives to expand client services, Drive continuous improvement in tax compliance and process optimization, Mentor, support, and develop team members to enhance their professional growth. Key Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field, along with relevant professional qualifications, CA, CPA, CTA, or other industry-recognized accreditations, Proven experience and technical expertise in corporate tax and advisory, ideally within a public practice environment, Proactive in managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring team members to support their development.
