Your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team in an administration role.In this role, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of support in the provision of advice and the high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new and existing customers. You will also be contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience. This role is based in Mount Isa and will be offered on a Temporary but flexible, full-time Monday - Friday roster, 8am - 5pm.
What you'll need to be succeed
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
* Desire to provide proactive and high-quality customer service and support
* Conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills to assist in the de-escalation of challenging situations and behaviors
* Ability to maintain focus and remain optimistic under pressure
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures and work within delegated limits when making decisions.
