Please Note: This role requires working rights in Australia to be considered Position Summary: Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service. Securely park guest vehicles, deliver bags, and manage amenities according to hotel policies. Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. Welcome guests to their rooms, explaining all features and hotel offerings. Be knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations. Strengthen relationships with both existing and new guests, delivering our legendary service and facilitating future bookings. Advise on local Melbourne activities, tag and deliver luggage to guest rooms, handle mail and parcels for guests and the hotel. About You: Hold a current and valid driver’s license. Have experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment. Must have working rights in Australia to be considered for the role Passionate about advancing your career within a dynamic team environment.
