We’re scaling our internal team and looking for a strategic and hands-on Recruiting Manager to help us take our hiring engine to the next level.Role SummaryKey ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring clear prioritization and workflow alignment.Define and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, agencies).Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, fit, and English proficiency.Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, and HR.Act as the key point of contact between hiring managers and the recruiting team.Track, analyze, and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline status).Lead negotiations and collaborate with Sales to define and validate offer packages.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years in recruiting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or coordination role.Proven ability to handle hands-on recruiting while managing a team.Experience recruiting tech and/or digital profiles is a plus.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Manatal, Monday, and HubSpot.Fluent in English (written and spoken).High adaptability, ownership, and initiative.We OfferHybrid work model (onsite in CABA + remote flexibility).Competitive compensation in USD.Growth opportunities in a scaling company.English classes, educational discounts, wellness perks.Collaborative and fast-paced environment with room to lead and innovate.
